Find Your Anchor (FYA) is a grassroots movement aimed at suicide prevention, awareness, and education. With creativity and a personal touch, FYA aims to support those who may be struggling and de-stigmatize conversations surrounding suicide and mental health.
We are fueled by our desire to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide and believe in the power of creativity, small acts of kindness, and community to affect change.

The premise behind Find Your Anchor is that each person needs an anchor - a dependable, stable, secure base that you can hold on to, one that keeps you firmly planted, no matter what winds or storms may come.
Anchors = the little joys in life.
Anchors don't have to be groundbreaking or obvious; they can be simple, bite-size moments of joy that you can hold on to when you’re struggling: a lazy Sunday, the first sip of a perfect hazelnut latte, the smell of fresh rain, or a favorite steak taco.

hand-assembled by strangers who care.
Our boxes are launched in schools, hospitals, military bases, and your favorite cafes. They’re a tool that can be pulled from a backpack, kept in a backseat, or placed on a friend's desk when the moment calls for it. With each box launched, our organic network of hope grows. We don't just send resources, we empower a global community to show up for one another, proving that small acts of kindness can change lives.
